The room was clean and packed all that was necessary. The bathroom we had included a shower and bath sheets and a bathtub. It was adjacent to Bolivar Plaza and the Cathedral and other lovely churches, the center and Near Cathedral, stunning and marvellous location overall. It also was close to everything.

I had a fantastic two-night stay where the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfectly central, just a short walk from downtown and near the Cathedral.

The room we stayed in was quite modern with everything we needed. The hotel was in a key location, very central and close to everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, and one even offered a great tour recommendation.

The room had a very large window which faced another room just a few meters away, giving us no privacy. , the breakfast offered was very minimal, which was a bit of a disappointment.

We had a great stay with comfy beds, good showers, and strong WiFi. The hotel is centrally located for easy access to everything in the city and a stone's throw from some of the main attractions. The staff was exceptional; they were friendly and went out of their way to help us with breakfast, parking, and transportation. Speaking of breakfast, it was solid and a great value!

Celebrating Christmas at this budget hotel was a great decision. the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect - just a block away from the main square, making it easy to explore the center of the city. the beds were super comfortable, letting me rest after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast could have been better. Although it was included in the price, the options were minimal and lacked variety.
